What's better than a sweet frozen drink on a hot summer day? Nothing, that's what. Get out the blender, some
fresh fruit, your favorite spirits, a few cocktail umbrellas, and start mixing. Here are the formulas for some classic
frozen cocktails as well as a few lesser known drinks.
Pina Colada
Rock Lobster
The Pina Colada is one of the oldest and
1 ½ oz. coconut rum
most popular frozen drinks:
¾ oz. banana liqueur
1 ½ oz. white rum
½ oz. grenadine
1 oz. dark rum
½ ripe banana, peeled
2 oz. coconut cream
dash pineapple juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
dash orange juice
½ cup diced pineapple, frozen
I cup ice
1 ½ cups ice
dark rum
