SUMMER RECIPES
CRUSHED STRAWBERRY AND
CABERNET VINAIGRETTE

½ cup red wine vinegar
3 cups of fresh strawberries, roughly chopped
1 shallot, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, fine chiffonade
