Makes four 8-ounce servings
▷ 24 OZ. BREWED EARL GREY TEA,
CHILLED
▷ 5 OZ. GIN
▷ 5 OZ. HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP
▷ 1¼ OZ. FRESH-SQUEEZED
LEMON JUICE
▷ LAVENDER SPRIGS FOR
GARNISH
Brew tea and cool. Blend all
ingredients in a pitcher and stir well.
Chill until serving time.

MAKER'S MARK SWEET
TEA MINT JULEP
Makes seven 8-ounce servings
▷ 4 CUPS FRESHLY BREWED
BLACK TEA, CHILLED

BOURBON
▷ 1 CUP SIMPLE SYRUP
▷ ¼ CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE

Muddle half of the mint with simple
syrup. Combine Maker's Mark
Bourbon, chilled tea, muddled
simple syrup and lemon juice over
ice and stir. Garnish with mint and
lemon wedges.

Add ingredients to a pitcher, stir and

SUNNY DISPOSITION

Beverage.Makes 10 5-ounce servings.
▷ 2½ CUPS TITO'S VODKA
▷ 1¼ CUP LEMON JUICE
▷ 1 CUP TRIPLE SEC
▷ 10 DASHES BITTERS
▷ 1¼ CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE
▷ 2½ CUPS CUBED MANGO
▷ HABANERO PEPPER, SLICED
Put half of the mangos and half of
the habanero slices into the pitcher
and muddle. Add lemon juice, vodka,
triple sec and pineapple juice, then
stir. Chill. Strain when pouring and
serve over ice. Garnish with a mango
slice and a habanero slice.
BACARDÍ IN THE
TROPICS
From the historic rum distillery
comes a tropical batch for a bunch.
Makes nine 5-ounce servings.
▷ 2 CUPS BACARDÍ BANANA RUM
▷ 1¼ CUP BACARDÍ SUPERIOR RUM
▷ 1 CUP COCONUT CREAM,
WHISKED
▷ 1¼ CUP ORANGE JUICE
▷ 1 CUP LEMON JUICE
▷ ¾ CUP SIMPLE SYRUP
▷ ORANGE AND LEMON WHEELS
FOR GARNISH
Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir
gently, then chill. Top with orange
and lemon wheels before serving.
Screwdriver Variations:
* Muddle fresh fruit, like berries or
peaches, in the bottom of the pitcher.
* Use a flavored vodka, like berry or
vanilla.
* Infuse your own vodka with
seasonal fruits and herbs, such as
strawberry or peach, with rosemary
or mint.
* Add a touch of grenadine or another
flavored syrup.
* Place a quality soda beside the
pitcher for guests to splash into their
drink-like Navy Hill Soda + Tonic or
other flavored tonics.
