"This will be our fourth move," says
Jenkins. "Everywhere we've been, people
have been amazingly accommodating.
We've simply outgrown the previous locations. But people don't have to worry
about it. We're going to keep the same
atmosphere. We don't want to lose what
we've got."
Helton echoes Jenkins' sentiments.
"This will be a learning year for us," he
says, "but we're just going to a new home.
We're not going to change this event.
We'll remain true to the spirit and purpose of it, which is educating and entertaining people. The city is committed to
keeping it a free event. I can't envision
that changing." 
