West Virginia: Theaters and Karts
Drivers love the 65-mile stretch of W.V. 15 between
U.S. 219 and Interstate 79. At a leisurely pace, the
segment takes about two hours of mountain pass driving over hilly, twisting roads uninterrupted for long
periods of time by traffic and roadside houses. Time it

County Wood Chopping Festival, which every May

II), Martinsburg (the Apollo Theatre hosted vaudeville
back in the day) and Marlinton (the Pocahontas Opera

Cashmere Speedway in Peterstown in a variety of kart

Nearby Beckley one of the 20 best small towns for
cultural enrichment for its Tamarack artisan retail center and other arts offerings. The city also has Burning
Rock Outdoor Adventure Park, a playground for all
