When she decided to open her own place, she took the time to make Taste of Asia a happy, friendly, energizing space for dining. "People don't come to a restaurant just to eat," says Liu. "I want everyone that comes here to feel happy and free to talk and laugh. I cannot make my restaurant quiet; that's just not me."
