Q: Tell us about your business.
A: Cave Spring Auto Body is a locally owned collision shop that provides
convenient and quality automotive collision repairs on all types of vehicles.
We are a direct repair facility for many different insurance companies and
have served the Roanoke Valley for over 20 years. We are privileged to offer
our community an honest, dependable place for collision repairs. We strive
to be "Always Highly Wreck-A-Mended" by our community.
Q: Tell us a brief history of your business:
A: Myself, Dean Martin, along with my wife Mitzi Martin, opened our doors
here at Cave Spring Auto Body in 1998. In the beginning, we started with a
3600 sq. ft. facility with only five employees. Within four years we quickly
outgrew our facility and moved into our current location at 5920 Starkey
Road to better serve the community. Now, over 20 years later, we have gone
through three expansions, added a second paint booth and frame shop, as
well as employing over 20 employees. As we keep growing, we will always
stick to our foundation and original goal of providing the best collision repair
experience, all the while creating an excellent family environment for our
customers and employees.

Q: What specific products or services do you offer?
A: Here we pride ourselves in easing the pain and inconvenience of your
vehicle's collision repairs. We coordinate with all insurances and offer professionally trained and knowledgeable staff to handle all phases of your collision repairs. We use state-of-the-art-equipment and even strive to protect the
environment by using a cutting-edge waterborne paint. We are a full service
collision center and will be there for you from start to finish. We offer a third
party towing service, coordinate with insurance for your rental, and will keep
you completely informed throughout your vehicle repairs.
Q: What is unique about your business that sets you apart:
A: We are a family-owned business that works hard to make sure our customers feel confident in our services, as well as provide a comfortable and pleasant place for our employees. We work hard to stay up-to-date on the latest
technologies and knowledge to give our customers top quality repairs to get
them back on the road quickly and efficiently. We have been an I-CAR Gold
Class certified shop longer than any other shop in our area, we've maintained
an A+ rating with the BBB, as well as being voted "Best of Small Business to
Consumer" by the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce. We also work within the
community by sponsoring many teams and sports activities, and participate
in fundraising events to give back to the community that supports us with its
business. We pride ourselves in our reputation to be "Always Highly Wreck-AMended."

Q: What does it mean to be recognized as a "Best of 2019" award winner?
A: We feel so honored to be recognized by our community. It is such a blessing to live in the Roanoke Valley and be able to operate a successful small
business and to be there for our friends and neighbors. We strive to make
sure every customer is glad they chose to let us repair their vehicle. Our
customers and employees make everything possible.
