Q: How did your business begin?
A: We've been serving homeowners in the Roanoke
area for over 20 years now. In the beginning our
focus was more towards large renovation projects
and new construction; for the last 10 years, our
focus has been on residential service.
Q. What specific products or services do you
offer?
A. Residential electrical plumbing heating and
air conditioning. We service, repair, replace and
upgrade these systems. Our team is made up of
skilled tradesman in three trades; we have expert
electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians.
Q. What sets you apart from other businesses?
A. We believe in raising the bar in our profession,
specifically as it relates to professionalism and
technical expertise. Providing professional home
services is our number one goal. To be sure we are
accomplishing our goal we continually invest in our
team through ongoing safety, technical and service
training.
Q. What is your favorite part of your job?
A. Working around people who truly are passionate
about the work they do and care about the people
they work with. Our team is like a family. I'm proud
so many of our team members are long-time
employees. Also, I really enjoy the feedback from
our customers and knowing the value of the work
we do for them. Even though most people don't
think often about their electrical plumbing and
HVAC systems we know just how important these
systems are for providing a safe comfortable
environment for all of us.

Q. What does it mean to you to be recognized
as a " Best of 2020 " award winner?
A. It's always exciting to win an award, but when
you win it because your customers voted for you,
that really means a lot. It drives us to work that
much harder to be deserving of it.
