All Insurers issuing Private Passenger Motor Vehicle insurance Policies shall comply with 211 CMR 134.00. The purpose of 211 CMR 134.00 is to define the surcharges and credits that apply in the Safe Driver Insurance Plan required during Fixed-and-established Markets, and to provide for the continuous, timely, accurate and uniform collection and exchange of Private Passenger Motor Vehicle insurance claim and traffic law violation data during Fixedand-established and Competitive Markets to facilitate the operation of the SDIP or Insurer Merit Rating Plans.
