Once again, the sunny summer season is upon us, and I hope you're enjoying
it at one of our resorts. Club Members are a big part of our properties-
these are your homes away from home. And as part of the HGV family,
we want you to feel recognized and appreciated. So what makes you feel
appreciated? How can we continue to do better? HGV periodically sends
surveys regarding your membership experience. I encourage you to share
your thoughts-we love hearing from each of you.
In addition, I encourage you to take advantage of our Club Member Exclusives. These are
special discounts and benefits offered from time to time, such as room upgrades and gift
cards, that you can enjoy when booking select HGV properties. You can also enhance your
vacation experience with additional services including car rentals, luggage delivery and more.

Furthermore, I am happy to share with you we are now offering InnSpire at our Ocean
Tower and Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations Club resorts. This TV experience allows
you to cast and mirror content from your smartphone or tablet, and watch your favorite
shows from HBO Go, Hulu, Netflix and YouTube. Plans are underway to roll out the new
service at Hilton Grand Vacations Club on Paradise and Kings' Land by Hilton Grand Vacations
Club this summer and fall, respectively. As always, we will keep you informed on the Club
website as more HGV properties start featuring the new streaming service.
Throughout the past few months, we've also opened new properties in incredibly desirable
markets, including Myrtle Beach, Chicago and Barbados. We also recently hosted an opening
ceremony at Ocean Tower-our first property on the Big Island of Hawaii that offers Members
direct ocean views. And the rooms are spectacular! Additionally, we're beginning work on
what will be our first Hilton Club resort in Oahu at the King's Village site. Read this issue of Club
Traveler for more exciting new property announcements.
Lastly, don't forget our team is available and ready to assist you on vacation. Download the
HGV mobile app to make service requests, ask questions, get directions and share feedback
with us. In the future, Members will also be able to gain access to their rooms via the app and
use it as a remote control to watch television!

TIPS FROM AN EXPLORER
Q. What can you tell Club Members
about excursions you've taken
through your ownership?
A. I certainly recommend taking
advantage of excursions offered in the
area you're visiting. At Hilton Grand
Vacations Club at Dunkeld in Scotland,
I participated in the ATV and Land
Rover tours. They didn't stray far
from the property we were staying in,
but it allowed us to see parts of the
backcountry we never would have
otherwise. I also signed up for a skeet
excursion. Something about going on
the excursion in Scotland seemed ideal.
It was led by a gentlemanly Scot dressed
in a traditional vested tweed shooting
suit. Excursions can definitely make for
an iconic experience!
