Digital Health and Wearables
Remote patient monitoring devices and
apps enable consumers to stay healthy
while isolated and provide that data to
doctors and caregivers.
● BIOINTELLISENSE developed a wearable

Medical Brain, an intelligent automated frontend triage and support tool to assist health care
workers in complying with the Department of
Health and CDC guidelines for health care
workers who are exposed to COVID-19 patients.
● HERE TECHNOLOGIES has a mapping and
tracking tool that displays the spread of COVID19. The tool provides an interactive overview of
the latest situation, including the number of
confirmed cases, deaths and recoveries.
● HUMETRIX has developed a COVID-19
severe infection risk screening and warning
feature for both consumer and provider users
of iBlueButton platform to serve the high-risk

have come in contact with an infected person.
● FITBIT is joining The Scripps Research
Translational Institute to determine if tracking changes in heart rate, activity and sleep
for individuals can provide an early indication of illness.
● HEALIUM is a drugless escape for selfmanagement of anxiety and pain. It's the
world's first virtual and augmented reality
media channel powered by brainwaves and
heart rate that visualizes users' stress levels.
● OURA RING is partnering with University of
California, San Francisco (UCSF) researchers
to study if physiological data collected by the
Oura ring that provides real-time biomarkers,
such as body temperature, can show the
onset of COVID-19 before symptoms arise.
The technology could enable patients to be
treated and isolated faster to slow the spread.
