It's a time when we run 5Ks and obstacle courses with our friends and when our children challenge us to friendly games of basketball in the driveway. But those long hours spent outside can also lead to overexertion and injuries. To help you make the most of your summertime fun, I've provided a list of some common sports injuries. By learning more about their symptoms and the proper treatment for each, you can get back to what you enjoy sooner.
