Just steps from North Brevard's award-winning Parrish Medical
Center, Carey's Guest House by Sodexo provides lodging for people
from out of town visiting a loved one in the hospital. Featuring
three suites with all the comforts of home, the guest house offers
families, friends and patient caregivers not only a place to find rest,
but also a healing experience.
When Sal Occhipinti arrived from New York to be with his
mother during an unexpected hospital stay, he had no plans for
lodging and reached out to hospital staff to recommend a hotel
close to PMC. The staff immediately suggested Carey's Guest
House. "Being able to stay so close to the hospital made a bad

situation easier to deal with," Occhipinti says. "The house was
perfect-beautiful, comfortable and within walking distance to the
hospital. Staying at the guest house allowed me more time to spend
with my mother when she needed me most."
The "M" family found comfort at Carey's Guest House while at
PMC for the birth of their adopted son. "The accommodations
were spectacular-a beautiful, updated, clean and safe cottage was
provided for us for our entire stay in Florida with our newborn
son," the family wrote. "Every team member we encountered at
PMC touched our hearts in a way we truly cannot explain and we
will never forget. We are so grateful for everyone at PMC and the
services that were provided. Thank you for recommending that we
stay in one of your beautiful cottages."
