CAI-NE communications committee, and is a past-president

James Connolly
Connolly, a manager with Thayer & Associates Inc., was
appointed to another three-year Condo Media board term in
2013 and has served as treasurer since 2007. He has been
involved with the CAI-NE chapter for more than 16 years.
Richard Churchill
Churchill, president of The GroundsKeeper Inc., has served
two previous terms on the CAI-NE board and has been a
Condo Media board member since 2005.

Jared McNabb, CMCA, PCAM
McNabb, a community association manager with Crowninshield
Management Corp., has chaired the membership committee
since 2005, was 2009 chapter president, and has served two
consecutive CAI-NE board terms.

Ellen A. Shapiro, Esq.
Shapiro is a partner in the firm Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi
LLC. She served two CAI-NE board terms, was CAI-NE
chapter president in 2006, Condo Media president in 2007,
and is serving her second Condo Media board term.
