Metrowest Painting & Contracting
Dedicated to Exceeding Customer Expectations

It is often said that buying a home is the biggest
investment most Americans ever make. But once the
home is purchased, it's just as important to maintain
its curb appeal and protect its value. For condominium
associations, that means striking a delicate balance
between the communally owned exterior and privately
owned interiors.
One company that's well experienced in treading
that narrow path is Metrowest Painting & Contracting.
Founded in 2013, the firm provides interior and exterior
painting and carpentry services to a territory within
a radius of roughly an hour and a half from its Northborough, Mass., headquarters, including metropolitan
Boston and southern New Hampshire.
Company owner Carlos Oliveira attributes Metrowest
Painting's near-decade of success to an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, high-quality workmanship, and professional integrity. Toward that end, the firm
has identified three key values they live by: providing
exemplary customer service, sourcing the best materials,
and maintaining the highest professional standards.
KEY VALUE #1: CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Since I opened the business, one thing I've seen is that
people worry that their contractor won't always do what
they're supposed to," says Oliveira. "I make sure we
do things the right way because, at the end of the day,
our mission is their satisfaction. To me, if we get that
satisfaction, we are hitting it out of the park, so customer
service means a lot to us."
To help ensure quality and customer satisfaction,
Metrowest Painting uses only in-house crews for all
jobs, both painting and carpentry - no subcontractors.
The firm employs about 10 crews in all, and each has a
crew leader who stays with the project throughout the
process until it's done. "They don't go on to another
project until that project is finished," declares Benjamin
Seeley, sales manager for Metrowest Painting.
Further, project supervisors and foremen are assigned
to provide another level of oversight, to ensure each job
is done right.

Metrowest Painting is experienced in the specific needs of
condominium associations.

"When you sub a job out to another painting company,
communication and quality tend to suffer," Seeley explains. "If you don't have good subcontractors, then you
have issues and have to go back and do touch-ups, and the
board of trustees might worry that they have to babysit
the contractor to make sure the job gets done right. Carlos and I work very hard to show each client that we care."

Andrea Austin also makes sure they're available to
clients throughout the project. The workday begins at
7:00 a.m., and as long as the crews are working, so is
the management trio.
Their concern for their clients doesn't end there.
"We always follow up and ask, 'Is there anything else
we can do for you?' We look for the opportunity to go
the extra mile," says Seeley. "We work as a team to make
sure everything runs smoothly and everyone's happy.
A lot of people care just about the money, but for us,
we care about the customer."
