Panel Hangers and Claw-Hooks
For sheet metal products or large-diameter pipes that do not have holes for suspension . These hook types
create a cantilever effect, which locks the product into place with minimal suspension marks .

Panel Hangers
Standard panel hangers (PH) - 0 .120" cold-rolled sheet metal, with three
different suspension holes at various distances for a normal wire hook .
Metal sheets with a thickness of up to 0 .080" can be suspended at one
end, while 0 .157" sheets can be suspended at the other end . The total
length of the panel hanger is 4" .

They can also be manufactured in other lengths, depending on your hanging needs .
Panel Clamps (PC)-This spring stainless steel clamp can be attached to a product, then the product can be
suspended from one of the holes in the clamp . Primarily intended for products that have no suitable holes for
suspension .
PC1 is designed to hang materials ranging in thickness from approximately 25 gauge (0 .019) to 14 gauge (0 .079)
and the PC2 is designed to hang materials ranging in thickness from 20 gauge (0 .039) to 13 gauge (0 .098) .

Claw-Hooks
Spring loaded clamping design for holding parts without holes
The spring loaded clamping design holds parts firmly with minimal hook
marks . The ends are ground down to sharp points to aid in retention as
well as minimizing contact areas . Designed to hold sheet steel, products
without holes or other items where conventional hanging methods are unavailable . CLW-200 is suggested for
products weighing less than 5 lbs . CLW-300 is suggested for products weighing less than 10 lbs . CLW-400 is
suggested for products weighing less than 20 lbs .
Loading information is only an approximation . Because the loading characteristics of parts vary in geometry and
surface considerations, we suggest testing the claw hooks in the actual conditions in which they will be used in
