Duck into the street-facing covered patio to enter the serene space with sand-colored walls and large local landscape photos. Chef and co-owner Ren Weigang describes the menu as New American, meaning it's a fusion of different cuisines and different flavors that take advantage of local and seasonal ingredients. You'll find influences from Japan (yuzu and miso) and Italy (burrata), among others.
