Clients who license our data feeds have access to continuously expanding coverage that includes nearly 95% of global market value, as well as historical data from as early as 1975. Asset management firms, media and software companies, broker/dealers, and accounting firms use our independent data to fuel applications, support their research, classify assets, and report results. We continue to expand our coverage and now offer more data for Japan and Taiwan. Over the next year, we plan to round out coverage in India, South Korea, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. We’ve added new licenses to meet evolving business needs, such as Earnings Call Transcripts for companies in the United States and global Executive Personnel data tracking details such as biographies, compensation information, and trading records. We’re also updating how we classify equities by industry, applying the aggregation methodology developed by our Equity Research team. Launching in late 2010, this new framework will streamline our industry sectors from more than 200 to approximately 140 that better align with economic cycles. Dedicated service teams implement our equity data licenses seamlessly, connecting with client systems via flexible formats including text files, XML files, and APIs. For new clients, we provide resources to minimize switching costs, including test files and parallel deliveries during the transition.
