Mexico The Morningstar Mexico Index is one of the poorest performers
for the trailing 12 months, owing partly to concerns about popular
leftist presidential candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador. The market
rebounded sharply in June, however, even as López Obrador's
lead in the polls became insurmountable. At the end of June, Mexican
stocks were slightly undervalued by Morningstar's measure.
