of good options, including Brown Capital
Management Small Company BCSIX, which has
a Morningstar Analyst Rating of Gold, and
Infinity Q Diversified Alpha Investor IQDAX, rated
5 stars. The Impact Shares NAACP Minority
Empowerment ETF is not rated by Morningstar's
analysts, and it doesn't have a Morningstar Rating,
or star rating, because it doesn't yet have
a three-year track record. The fund has gotten off
to a good start, though: For the trailing one
year through Sept. 30, the fund's return lands in
the fifth percentile of the large-blend category.

How he caught our eye: Runs a diverse firm that
matches clients' money with their mission.
Career path: Obtained bachelor's degree at Morgan
State University. Worked at Merrill Lynch after
college, then got an MBA at New York University's
Stern School of Business. He then worked as
an advisor at Goldman Sachs Group before joining
Fiduciary Management Group in 2010. He set out on
his own in 2012, forming Momentum Advisors.

house in the family. Cohosts The Momentum
Advisors radio show on SiriusXM, during which he
discusses personal financial, entrepreneurship,
and how to build successful legacies for oneself and
one's community. The show airs at 11 a.m.
and 7 p.m. Eastern time, Sundays, on Urban View
(channel 126).
