BUSINESS SESSIONS
2021-2022 Executive Committee Inaugurated
At the conclusion of the First Business Session of the Annual Meeting, NABP delegates elected individuals to fill the president-elect, treasurer,
and open member positions on the Association's 2021-2022 Executive Committee. All Executive Committee officers and members were
inaugurated during the Final Business Session and assumed their roles immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Chairperson:
Timothy D.
Fensky, RPh,
DPh, FACA
Timothy D. Fensky,
a member of the
Massachusetts Board of Registration in
Pharmacy, is serving as chairperson. Prior
to this position, he served one-year terms
as president, president-elect, and treasurer
and served a two-year term as an Executive
Committee member (District 1). Fensky
earned his bachelor of science degree in
pharmacy from Northeastern University,
Bouvé College of Pharmacy and Health
Sciences, and received an honorary doctor of
pharmacy license from the Oklahoma State
Board of Pharmacy.
President:
Caroline D. Juran,
BSPharm, DPh
(Hon)
Caroline D. Juran,
executive director of
the Virginia Board of Pharmacy, is serving
as NABP president. Prior to this position,
she served one-year terms as president-elect
and treasurer and served a three-year
member term on the Executive Committee
(District 2). Juran completed her studies at
the College of William and Mary, earned
her bachelor of science degree in pharmacy
from Virginia Commonwealth University,
Medical College of Virginia, and received an
honorary doctor of pharmacy license from
the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.

Reginald B.

Dilliard, DPh
Reginald B. " Reggie "
Dilliard, executive
director of the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy,
was elected to serve a one-year term as
president-elect. Prior to the election,
he served a one-year term as treasurer, a
two-year member term on the Executive
Committee (District 3) from 2017-2019,
and a three-year member term on the
Executive Committee (District 3) from
2005-2008. Dilliard earned his bachelor
of science degree in pharmacy from the
University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy.

the district to run for the
open Executive Committee
member positions
representing their district.*
Candidates for open Executive
Committee member and officer
positions introduced. Candidate
speeches are presented. Board of
pharmacy delegates vote for new
Executive Committee members
and officers on behalf of their board.
FINAL BUSINESS SESSION
Newly elected officers and
members are installed during
the Final Business Session.
* Individuals may nominate themselves outside the district process for the open member positions. Only those individuals who have been determined
by NABP to meet all qualifications for the open member positions will be placed on the ballot. More information can be found in the NABP
