International Students Contribute $20.2 Billion to United States

nAFSA hosted an event on Capitol Hill with Goucher College and honorary co-host Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) to highlight the importance of study abroad and discuss what can be done to ensure all students have access to a global education. The forum was held on Wednesday, november 16, as part of International Education Week. The event also featured remarks by Senator Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.) and included a panel discussion among distinguished college and university leaders moderated by Goucher College President Sanford J. ungar.
