In June, there were 1,131 meetings with 26 airports in Cleveland. ACI-NA Board Chair Frank Miller and ACI-NA President Greg Principato met with TSA Administrator John Pistole, who was the keynote speaker at the Fall Safety and Security Conference. Metropolitan Washington Airports’ Tara Hamilton was honored in June with the 2011 Ted Bushelman Legacy Award for Creativity and Excellence at the Marketing and Communications Conference. Christopher Bidwell, ACI-NA’s Vice President for Security and Facilitation, took part in an August panel discussion on aviation security sponsored by the Air Line Pilots Association.
