The report provides detailed reviews of distributor executive and employee compensation and benefit programs including salaries, bonuses and perks. Also included is a Cross Industry Report which compares compensation levels from approximately 30 other organizations in the distribution industry. • DiSC Report. The results will enable you to compare your financial and operating performance against other organizations and identify areas of profit improvement. Each unique report will display the average, median and high performance (top 20 percent of reporting entities based on Return on Sales) dealers. What’s a Poken? All attendees at the 2012 Convention will receive a Poken device that has been pre-loaded with their contact information. Once activated at the MHEDA registration area, the USB device becomes their electronic business card, used to collect information throughout the Convention and in the Exhibitors’ Showcase.
