Malvaso, effective April 1, 2012. TMHNA is comprised of Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A, Inc. (TMHU), supplier of the number one selling lift truck brand in North America; The Raymond Corporation, a leading provider of electric lift trucks and solutions used in warehouse and distribution environments; and Toyota Industrial Equipment Mfg., Inc. (TIEM), Toyota’s forklift manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN. working with Hyster Company to negotiate the sale of its U.S. business to LiftOne and Briggs Equipment. MCFA Announces Representation Changes in North, South Carolina Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) announced it has appointed G&W Equipment, Inc. to represent its three flagship brands (Cat® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich® warehouse products) in the western portion of North Carolina and South Carolina. Morse Manufacturing Co., Inc. Announces Change in Leadership Morse Manufacturing Co., Inc. announced recently that effective Jan. 1, Nathan R. Andrews of Syracuse, NY assumed the role of president at the East Syracuse based manufacturer of industrial drum handling equipment. This role was previously held by Robert R. Andrews who has announced his anticipated retirement as president but will maintain his Chairmanship of the company. Co. a Nashville based manufacturer of steel and wire products purchased the assets of their leading competitor AWP Industries of Frankfort, KY. SMH® Changes its Corporate Name in the Americas SMH® has announced that as of Jan. 1 its company name in the Americas is TVH Parts Co, (TVH®). The change from SMH® to TVH® will assure recognition around the world as one company. Michael Smith of PFI, Retiring in March Michael Smith, general manager of PFI, announced he will be retiring in March of 2012, after more than 22 years with the company. Celebrates 50 Years Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp., started by CEO Otto Wolter as a two-man, two-car garage operation recently celebrated 50 years in business.
