CEO Robert Yallen reported the acquisition of 22110 and 22120 Clarendon, encompassing more than 40,000 square feet, in a $10 million deal that encompasses property purchase and improvements. “We have been looking for the right property for nearly 10 years while we outgrew our present office space,” Yallen says. “This deal provides both a smart real estate investment and an ideal headquarters to house our multiple units and our 90 California employees.” PERSONNEL NEWS Moulton Logistics, which specializes in product fulfillment and distribution for the retail and direct response marketing industries, has added industry veteran Shane Bradford to its sales team. Randy Suchy has joined Cannella Response Television as support & project manager. Suchy is a 23-year veteran of Time Warner Cable in Milwaukee, where he served as senior video producer and community television manager. He reports to Jim Radmann, director of technical operations. Mercury Media, the largest privately-owned, full-service direct response media agency in the country, has announced the addition of Monica Lovett to its short-form division. As associate director of media, Lovett will be responsible for media buying and management on behalf of Mercury’s clients. Bill Pittman, director of product development at Total Merchant Services Inc., has joined the Board of Advisors at DNA Response Inc., a provider of multichannel e-commerce, online marketing and order management solutions. Scott MacCheyne and Mike Frautten have purchased Great Falls Marketing from several prior stakeholders, including Alpine Investors of San Francisco. MacCheyne and Frautten are now co-owners of the company and will be responsible for continued success, growth and expansion efforts. KPI Direct, an integrated direct marketing and brand management agency, announces two additions to its operations team: Kimberly Monstwillo, customer experience analyst, and Danielle Segal, project manager.  Infusion Brands International Inc. recently announced that Travis Berger has been promoted to executive vice president of sales & marketing from his previous role of vice president of retail sales.  Lead Generation Technologies, the foremost lead generation network, has brought in Chelle Lewis to lead its media acquisition team as it expands into new lead generation verticals in 2012.
