Beverley Loyd has also joined as new executive assistant to CEO Robert Yallen. Media Stream Direct has announced eight new hires to accommodate the company’s growing business: Doug Crothers has joined as director of New Business Development. Bernadette De La Fuente has been added as an account executive. Dale Lepkofker was recently hired as controller. New additions Breanne Kamai, Dolan Peters, Ligia Gonzalez, Lilliana Reyes and Vira Samouhi will fulfill various roles in the media and marketing departments. Dallas-based SpeedFC, Inc. (SPEED), a leading provider of end-to-end e-commerce solutions for retailers and manufacturers, has added Breck Morrison as Vice President, Software Development, and Scott Rynd as Vice President, IT Operations. KPI Direct, an integrated direct marketing and brand management agency, has made three additions to its operations team: Nicole Dumont, order flow manager, Elizabeth McKinney, business analyst and Jamie Frick, customer experience analyst. Sales Portal has named Steve Nober to its advisory board. Nober, formerly President & COO of Mercury Media, is currently CEO of Direct Marketing Innovations. a2b Fulfillment Receives Business of the Year Honors a2b FULFILLMENT, a third-party logistics provider with a specialty in order fulfillment and value-added services, was honored recently with the Large Business of the Year award from Greene County, Ga. This award was presented to a2b’s President, Ayal Latz, at the Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards and Fundraiser Event. a2b Fulfillment was selected for this award due to its support of many community causes. Second Harvest, a local food bank, provides support to hundreds of families in Greene County each month. Not only is a2b Fulfillment a financial supporter of this program, but each month, several dozen employees volunteer their personal time to load and unload trucks, stock the food warehouse shelves and distribute food. “We are excited that both the company and our employees feel connected to this cause,” remarked Sarah Latz, director of human resources.
