RoundTrip from Dial800 Unifies Call Center Data
LOS ANGELES, California – Dial800 announced it has released RoundTrip, the latest innovation in its marketing optimization tool suite. RoundTrip allows marketers and agencies to get accurate and uniform data from multiple call centers at the switch level. With the ability to compare call centers on a level playing field, reported the way each user wants to see it, marketers and their agencies can now make informed decisions that will help increase close rates and sales. “There’s been a missing link in the industry: How do you compare call centers effectively and easily so that you can send your traffic to the best performers?” remarked Scott Richards, Dial800 CEO. “RoundTrip allows advertisers to focus on analysis versus wasting time managing multiple reports and relationships.” RoundTrip works in tandem with Dia l800’s ca ll routing platform, AccuRoute, which allows marketers to send calls to multiple call centers. It also enables marketers to compare the ability of a given center to close sales and deliver a superior average order value.
