Lori Krull, formerly of RAM Partners, has joined Greystar MultiFamily Services as Director of Tampa Operations, taking over for David Watkins. David is now working on new business, the REO division, and as NAA liaison for Greystar. Kenny Upton is the new AVP for RAM Partners in Tampa. After six years with Sentinel Property Co., Linda Hullen has joined Greystar as manager at Coves at Brighton Bay Apts., a 382-unit community in St. Petersburg. Susan Harding, formerly of Apartment Guide, has joined RentWiki as its South Florida representative. Diane Bouse joined SureDeposit as Florida Marketing Director, replacing the retired Margaret Phillips. The Institute of Real Estate Management North Florida Chapter (IREM) has tapped two leaders from WRH Realty Services in Jacksonville as top officers. Cynthia Haines Chief Operating Cynthia Haines Officer of WRH, is the President for 2010, while Brian Davies, Vice President of Operations, is the 2010 Treasurer. Cynthia has more Brian Davies than 20 years of management
experience in the multifamily industry, while Brian has more than 10 years of management experience and oversees a portfolio of over 7,000 units throughout Florida, and southeast Georgia. Bell Partners has named Dhrubo Sircar Chief Information Officer. His primary responsibility will be to develop technology solutions to ensure the company’s leadership in the delivery of e-business innovation. Dhrubo comes to Bell Partners from UDR, Inc., where he was Chief Information Officer and a Senior Vice President. Prior to his three years with UDR, Sircar held a similar post with Wachovia Corporation, where he oversaw technology strategy associated with 26 mergers, along with many other similar business initiatives. He is widely regarded as an innovative leader in the technology and e-business arenas.
Maitland-based NAI Realvest, one of Central Florida’s largest commercial property companies, has formed a Commercial Property Investment Services Group to serve investors and property owners throughout the Central Florida region. The NAI Realvest Investment Services Group will cover all property types from retail and office to hospitality, industrial, and multifamily apartments. Paul Vera, AIA, a development and investment analyst at NAI Realvest, will head the Investment Services Group’s apartment division. San Diego-based ista North America, a leading provider of submetering and utility expense management services has made major changes to the leadership and organizational structure of the East Region. The company also added

Senior Director of Client Services Peter Bosco and Vice President of Sales and Marketing David Richitelli have been appointed to manage ista North America’s East Region office in Jacksonville. Focusing on more than 20 states, including the New England Area, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, the Carolinas, Virginias, Georgia and Florida, the East region office will handle all aspects of customer service from implementation, field operations and meter reading to billing, client support and energy management. “The new regional structure is better focused to the increasing demands for sustainability and better energy management within the multifamily industry. We are strengthening our team to offer first-rate client services in multifamily utility billing,” says Peter. The Mortgage Bankers Association appointed Douglas Moritz as associate vice president of multifamily. He will join MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily team to coordinate policy positions on multifamily issues and oversee most multifamily activities of MBA including interaction with members and representation before HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other groups affecting multifamily housing. Moritz joins MBA from the company he founded, DOMO Consulting LLC, where he served as principal. He designed and conducted strategies for companies to develop, build or acquire rental residential property. Previously, Moritz was managing director of Prudential Mortgage Capital Corp., responsible for strategy, analyses and procedures and investment committee decisions on PMCC’s Fannie ● Mae multifamily loan assets.
