The goal of this year’s event was to investigate HR from all perspectives, analyze trends and find solutions and strategies that contribute to the overall success of an organization. Participants engaged in meaningful dialogue to help HR professionals become more strategic in their thought processes and contribute to the bottom line of any organization. The HRIA is proud of the fact that this event remains highly relevant by consistently meeting the professional development needs of HRIA members and others in the HR community. Hundreds of delegates take part in the Alberta HR Conference to share with others the same passion for pursuing excellence in human resources. With 5,000 members strong we continue to provide exceptional value to the HR industry in Alberta. Planning has already begun for next year’s event.
