Norwegian Epic makes the Western
Mediterranean her summer home

Norwegian Epic, a ship that has gone from incredible to magnificent after ship-wide enhancements epitomises the freedom at
sea lifestyle and offers an endless range of on-board activities and fun with something for every age and interest.
Booking a cruise always starts with accommodation and
Norwegian Epic offers plenty of choice from cool, curved-wall

Once that decision is made it's on to the ship itself and, the myriad

including The Manhattan Room where evening entertainment

After dinner who wants to turn in when there's Norwegian Epic's
spectacular entertainment on offer, including the Broadway hit
musical Priscilla: Queen of the Desert and the dance sensation Burn
the Floor. And guests will find music in exciting venues all over the
ship including a recreation of Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club.
Summer in the Mediterranean promises sunshine and Norwegian
Epic has plenty of on-deck fun and action like two swimming pools,
five hot tubs, a kids' pool and an Aqua Park with three multi-storey
waterslides including the thrilling 200-foot Epic Plunge, the first
bowl slide at sea. There's also a fun-packed sports complex and
indoor activities including a video arcade and Wii™ wall.

It's all great family fun, that's if the kids can be dragged away
from the complimentary, professionally supervised youth and
teen programmes with a whole range of activities from climbing
walls to treasure hunts to pool parties.
Norwegian Epic sails the western Mediterranean from both
Barcelona and Rome taking in the kind of places where millennia
of history and contemporary culture blend. Shore excursions
whisk guests away to the ancient Pompeii, the Renaissance
treasures of Florence and the wonders of Rome. Throw in Cannes
for a taste of the Riviera lifestyle and on-trend Palma and it really

When Norwegian announces the arrival of a new ship, the
excitement builds because, in keeping with their spirit of
innovation there's sure to be something new. Norwegian
Encore will be joining the fleet in November this year, so
let's take a look at what's already making waves.

THE LARGEST RACE TRACK AT SEA

Two levels high and longer than three football pitches, the
track has four high speed curves that extend out over the
side of the ship, which means that drivers will be racing over
the open water below... cool!

LASER TAG

Norwegian seems to have resurrected the lost city of Atlantis
right across the back of the ship and created a giant, openair laser tag with ruins and a sea creature with monstrous
tentacles to conceal the players.

Norwegian Getaway has a contemporary style all her own and with an array of magnificent amenities guests can enjoy the
vibrant resort-style ambience wherever the ship is cruising.
That includes the Baltic Sea which is the perfect blend.
Copenhagen makes the ideal starting point for an exploration
of the Baltic and it's a wonderful place for a pre- or-post-cruise
stay with its colourful old harbour, Royal Palace and fun-filled
Tivoli Gardens.
The cruise itself is a voyage of contrasts, from the chance to
visit the German capital, Berlin, to Tallinn, one of Europe's best
preserved medieval cities. An overnight stay in St. Petersburg
allows time to discover the magnificent palaces, museums

Waterfront, an innovative open-air promenade lined with alfresco

at the heart of the ship, which also gives access to some of the

fish dishes, Le Bistro for fine French cuisine and Cagney's for
some of the best steaks afloat.

Norwegian has pulled out all the stops when it comes to
entertainment from the acclaimed Broadway musical Million
Dollar Quartet to the magical dinner-show experience in
Illusionarium. If walking the plank over the ocean is anyone's idea
of fun they can do it on one of the largest ropes courses at sea.
Then splash around at the Aqua Park and test their mettle on
Free Fall, the fastest waterslide at sea. For more relaxing leisure
time, an indulgent treatment at the Mandara Spa® will hit the spot
every time.

KINKY BOOTS

Having dazzled London's West End and New York's
Broadway this vivacious and feel-good musical about a shoe
factory owner and a cabaret drag queen makes its sea-borne
debut exclusively aboard Norwegian Encore. What can we
say but... Encore.

THE CHOIR OF MAN

In a setting reminiscent of an English pub, the multi-talented
cast of The Choir of Man delivers high-energy dancing along
with hit songs that range from pub tunes to folk, classic rock
to show songs.

Norwegian Encore is set to cross the Atlantic from the UK
port of Southampton to New York City on 2 November
2019 before homeporting in Miami and cruising the Eastern

2020 she will reposition to New York and cruise to Bermuda.
