Bernhardt Hospitality recently launched Neoteric, a transitional group of furniture pieces that
mixes contemporary and rustic style. Customer service has, and will continue to be, a priority with
Bernhardt: "Having great relationships is key when no one has time to stop during the day," says
Debbie McKelvey, strategic account manager. And what better way to foster those relationships than
through NEWH events? "We love what NEWH stands for as an organization. It's a great avenue for education and meeting people," she says.

"We know from our unprecedented yardage volumes that the hospitality market is booming. We also
know that fabrics that incorporate our performance technologies have been specified for almost
every major hotel chain and top restaurant as well as other hospitality environments," says Dana
Kelman, senior marketing manager for Crypton. The company is also bringing its performance
technology to the residential market with a new brand called Crypton Home Fabric. Crypton has
created a dedicated in-house social media team to boost customer service response time and trend forecasting. NEWH and Crypton have a great
partnership in many ways, says Kelman, not least that NEWH "shares our corporate value of giving back, and we're proud to support not only the
scholarship efforts but also other fundraising events done by NEWH."

Enduratex has launched four new products so far in 2016, and was awarded the Best of Year (BOY)
Award by Interior Design magazine for their stain-resistant product FORBID SRT. "We look forward to
broadening our networking opportunities and deepening our existing relationships as well as building
new ones," says Jeff Post, vice president and general manager. "Relationships are key to our business.
Being a corporate partner of NEWH puts us in a tremendous position to meet and continue to build
relationships within the design community."

Fabric Innovations has been busy launching their first collection of faux leathers as well as new
sheers, upholstery, bedding, and drapery options, with more to come this fall. The company
worked on installations in the Wilshire Grand, Los Angeles, Trump International, Washington, DC,
and W Hollywood. The team and office space are growing and are responding to the positive
challenge of fast growth by updating procedures and internal expediting, says owner Deborah
Herman. Looking forward, Fabric Innovations is excited about the upcoming BDNY tradeshow as
well as a number of NEWH events. "NEWH tradeshows allow us to spring into action by region with
great contacts and new company introductions," says Herman.

HD Expo celebrated its 25th anniversary in May, including its largest attendance to date with
10,670 registered attendees. Jennifer Yarber, marketing director for Hospitality Design, says that
information exchange is a challenge in the industry, although it's not about lack of information
but an over-abundance of it, which is why the company strives to provide reliable resources and
information through the HD Expo event. "We are working on some great changes to our show floor
that will improve and enhance the overall experience," says Yarber. Hospitality Design and NEWH make great partners because they share a passion
for helping the industry evolve: "From leadership development to mentoring to education, NEWH truly believes that industry growth starts with the
individuals responsible for day-to-day operations," she adds.
