As a leading designer and manufacturer of hospitality lighting Ashley Lighting counts many of the top hotel brands and designers
among its valued clients. The company continues its participation in the Marriott Sustainability Assessment Program (MSAP),
committed to a path for a more sustainable future. It looks forward to its continued collaboration with designers on custom
lighting projects and development, as well as brand development. As a NEWH Corporate Partner, Ashley Lighting is pleased to
announce its efforts in establishing the new NEWH Memphis/Mid-South regional group.

In 2017, Milliken won Best Booth at HD Expo and also launched a SDN carpet tile visualizer, which will be
continuously updated as new collections and colorways are launched. Milliken also became a founding member
of the WELL Living Lab, a partnership between the Mayo Clinic and Delos, where the company commits to
having its global showrooms and offices WELL Building certified, starting with the Chicago and San Francisco
showrooms. Milliken also discloses the ingredients of its floorcoverings through Declare, a voluntary labeling
program operated by the International Living Future Institute. All Milliken carpet tiles made in North America are now Third Party Verified Red List Free.
In 2018, Milliken has once again been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute. "NEWH provides a great network
to share knowledge between the hospitality industry and manufacturers," says Dale Vaughn, Milliken's senior director of hospitality.

MityLite launched several popular hospitality products in 2017, including the Encore HD banquet chair, and its
Banquet Presentation table line. Also last year, MityLite's parent company acquired three companies: Holsag Canada
wood furniture, XpressPort carts, and Bertolini stacking chairs. It also launched M Studios, a new in-house design
resource for customers to work directly with staff to more easily specify the products they need. It also launched a
new online quote cart, allowing customers to add products to their quotes as they browse.

Shelby Williams is adding new seating styles to its Tufgrain product line, with the wood grain finish applied to
aluminum seating, which gives the appearance of wood with the durability of metal. "2018 has started off with
very positive project activity," says Jordan McInturf, vice president of sales. "All of the industry analytics and our
indicators are trending towards another year of positive business growth."

design professionals who challenge us to innovate and develop new products. NEWH also provides a format to garner interest and provide scholarships for the
future of our industry."

Vaughan Benz has recently supplied casegoods and furniture for a number of notable projects, including the Four Seasons
Boston, the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Charlotte, the Four Seasons Hotel Houston, and Dallas restaurant Bullion. The company
has also opened a new office near Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam to oversee its furniture and upholstery manufacturing there, and
set up a corporation based in Guadalajara to sell directly to hotels in Mexico. Vaughan Benz is also proud to report its Shanghai
partner has installed state-of-the-art pollution-control equipment at its new factory in Kunshan, China-a voluntary investment
that can spray durable catalyzed polyurethane and catalyzed polyester top coats with zero air pollution emissions.
