Fabric Innovations has launched several amazing products in 2020, including the Chemistry upholstery textile set;
decorative puff jacquard and matelassé bedding; the Window Wonderland roller shade collection; Constellations, a multiuse textile set; and Dance sheer drapery textile set. It has also begun to offer an antimicrobial finish for all of its top-ofbed products and has developed protocols for various brands-including new product initiatives that have no change in
appearance or gram weight at 100 washings.

Though 2020 has proven a challenge and the Fabric Innovations team adjusts to working remotely, it recognizes that
NEWH remains the networking arm of the hospitality industry, bringing connectivity, education, and new ideas.

This fall, Fabricut launched leather in both its residential and hospitality divisions. It has partnered with a
well-respected Italian leather mill to develop 400 skus in a bold range of colors and hide styles. It is also
fortunate to work with amazing and innovative industry partners-Applied Textiles, Fibreguard, Crypton,
and Muraspec Wallcovering, to name just a few-who work tirelessly to ensure their products and
services meet the needs of the current time and future, including COVID.
The company is grateful for its longstanding partnership with NEWH. Especially during this time of uncertainty and unrest, NEWH has facilitated
discussions about the sensitive topics that grip our community and encouraged us to openly share the challenges we are facing, together. It proves
every day that NEWH is truly an encouraging and supportive network of kindhearted individuals keeping our industry together while we're apart.

The Mandy Li Collection has completed several notable projects of late, including the Quin Central Park by
Hilton Club and the Santa Monica Proper Hotel. Though the company has had to shift its client and sales
meetings, ordinarily done face-to-face, to Zoom, it looks forward to getting back to personally meeting
clients and making new ones as we move to a hopefully prosperous future. The Mandy Li Collection feels
it is important to support NEWH to give back by supporting young designers and students through the numerous scholarships NEWH provides. Its
continuous involvement also enables the company to stay in tune with the happenings in the industry. It looks forward to getting back to the numerous
networking opportunities to continue to grow.

P/Kaufmann Contract has launched a wide range of products to give its customers go-to options for this
difficult market: 80 skus of sheers, several new blackout print base cloths and new woven blackout fabrics,
and performance upholstery. What's Your Angle is a collection of woven and print upholstery fabrics with
fluorine-free spill protection.
During this time, the company's approach is to support its clients' response to the pandemic by offering a wide range of product and finishing
options, transparently sharing what it knows (and what it doesn't), and providing common sense fabric care guidelines to help them maintain safe
and healthy environments and protect their FF&E investment. More than ever, the company believes that NEWH is a vital source of information and
programming that facilitates connection, collaboration, and continuing education. It has appreciated all the new digital opportunities and platforms
implemented in 2020 but is also excited about a gradual return to in-person events.

Séura continuously looks for new ways to solve problems for its customers through design and technology. The current
climate has it more focused on health and guest safety than ever before, and its product innovation team is actively
pursuing new technology and product enhancements that will help its customers build safer guest experiences.
