igerlily Foundation's HEAL Policy Center of Excellence
is one of the only organizations in the nation providing
comprehensive support to young women, focusing on
oncology and overall health. For more than 17 years,
Tigerlily Foundation has been a leader in the cancer
community, delivering transformational programs that impact
patient education, treatment and clinical trial journeys, policy,
science and research, survivorship, and more.
Leading with a heightened focus on health equity, Tigerlily
has touched millions of lives through thought leadership,
collaborations, and with the establishment and growth of the
ANGEL Advocacy Program. Trained ANGEL Advocates are
now across the country with a specific focus on cities with the
highest disparities. This is only the beginning, ongoing recruitment,
ANGEL training, and community building are happening
throughout the year.

ADVOCACY IN ACTION | FALL 2023
Tigerlily Foundation has a vision for ending disparities in our
lifetime through driving change, building bridges, and working
to create healing on the road to equity for all. Our HEAL Policy
Center of Excellence (COE) is focused on educating, empowering,
and lifting patient voices to ensure they are amplified to achieve
health equity and to end disparities.
The HEAL Policy COE drives systemic changes through policy
at the local, state, and federal level in the following ways:
* End barriers to accessing and receiving quality, equitable care
for all.
* Lead innovation through patient leadership.
* Achieve health equity and eliminate disparities in breast cancer.
Young Women's Breast Health Day on the Hill (YWBHD) 2023
has the focus of amplifying patient voices to drive policy that will
better address the needs of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)
patients and achieve equity.
