University of PA Health System’s CLAIM Program
The University of Pennsylvania Health System has received $4.3 million from the CMS Innovation Center to test its Comprehensive Longitudinal Advanced Illness Management program. “The program will be based at PennWissahickon Hospice and is an outgrowth of some of our efforts to reach patients for whom hospice is not yet appropriate,” says David Casarett, MD, MA.
