Requirements for the Account Manager: • Approaches work systematically and has the ability to read blueprints. • Must have good knowledge of manufacturing, store fixtures, and POP display design. • Must travel to customer locations to identify issues and develop solutions and keep to the agreed deadlines. • Must respond quickly to incidents of customer dissatisfaction. • Communicate and inform the project manager and engineering departments of any changes in design. • Build relationships with customers for new and repeat business. • Is proactive in identifying issues, their potential impact and to suggest solutions. • Report all activity to your Account Executive. • 4 year degree preferred, but not necessary.
