But, perhaps the most exciting project on the horizon is the firm’s work with the oldest U.S. department store brand, Lord & Taylor, on a new full-line store in Yonkers, N.Y., scheduled to open next year. When it comes to all aspects of a brand—from location to store design to even observing the client—the process starts inside the office, but the inspiration comes from all the people involved along the way, and from there takes shape into the magnificent store experiences that result. In the past year, the firm’s work has spanned not only various parts of the world, but also a wide range of retail channels.
