Within the cozy sushi bar, gray-and-white granite slabs cover not just the floors but also all walls, while virtually every inch of the ultra-modern upper-level dining room is swathed in dark Zimbabwe tropical wood. “We wanted to use very simple materials that have a strong sense of quality and texture that all come together in the end,” Salinas explains.
