* Construction is finishing up on downtown Loveland's
Foundry project, a three-block development that includes
luxury apartments, restaurants, a hotel, movie theater and
a central plaza.
* Marriott TownePlace Suites at 256 East 2nd Street in
Loveland is now open.
* Courtyard by Marriott has opened at the crossroads of I-25
and Highway 34 in Loveland.
* Located along Crossroads Boulevard and near the
Budweiser Events Center, The Brands at the Ranch
will be a pedestrian-friendly, outdoor experience, fully
integrated with multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and
entertainment that incorporates sculptures and fountains
into the overall experience. The Brands will include 1,267,520
total square feet, of which 424,400 will be retail space. There
will be two multi-family developments totaling
580 units, a 200-room full-service hotel, a
12-screen luxury theater, 129,000 square feet
