Windsor
* The Windsor Mill is being rebuilt at its previous location at
3rd and Main Streets after being damaged by a fire two
years ago. When the two-story building reopens-perhaps
as soon as late August-it will include a new restaurant
and a downstairs tavern. The Windsor Mill Tavern will
seat 145 customers inside and 30 in an outdoor patio.
Cacciatore at Heller's Kitchen in Fort Collins will open a
second location in the mall level of the mill that will seat
165 customers. The mill will also be home to a brewery and
the upstairs will be leased for office space.
* Model homes in the RainDance master-planned
community in Windsor are now open. The development
will include a golf course, 15 miles of community
recreational paths connecting to the 12-mile Poudre Trail
System and a 13-acre park.
* A 65-field massive sports park is on track to open its initial
phase in summer 2019 in Windsor. Colorado National
Sports Park will be a destination baseball, softball,
lacrosse, soccer, rugby and flag football complex for youth.
The park will also include dormitories, corporate offices,
a souvenir trophy shop, pro shop, retail space, restaurants
and a 10,000-person stadium on a 413-acre site just north
of downtown Windsor at Highway 257 and Harmony Road.
* A Ziggi's Coffee opened at 7494
Westgate Drive in Windsor in
March 2019.
* Associates in Family
Medicine opened a new
medical clinic at 1683 Main
Street in Windsor in May 2019.

WINDSOR
MILL
TAVERN

* The Brands at the Ranch
West is the Windsor portion of
Loveland's the Brands at the
Ranch. Together, the development will bring 2.6 million
square feet of commercial
space to northern Colorado.
While the Brands at the Ranch,
which is east of I-25, will be
lifestyle-focused, the Windsor
portion will be geared to light
manufacturing. Developer
Martin Lind is also planning
a gondola over I-25 to give
visitors access to both sides of
the Brands.

Berthoud
* Wilson Ranch, a 1,600-acre site located at the southeast
quadrant at the Berthoud I-25 interchange, has recently been
approved as a Certified Site by Xcel Energy. The site has gone
through a rigorous review and verification process resulting in
the site been fully prepared to accommodate development.
Wilson Ranch is strategically located approximately 40
miles north of Denver along the I-25 corridor and within
forty minutes of the Denver International Airport, Colorado
University at Boulder and Colorado State University.
* Hale & Bradford opened its distillery tasting room at 335
Mountain Avenue in Berthoud.
* Berthoud has approved 2,298 units of new residential
housing out of 4,421 planned units.
* The much anticipated TPC Colorado at Heron Lakes
Clubhouse has opened. The Web.com Tour announced
that a new tournament debuts in 2019. The TPC Colorado
Championship at Heron Lakes, which will be contested at
newly-opened TPC Colorado in Berthoud, will be held the
week of July 8-14 with 156 players competing for a $600,000
purse. A five-year agreement is in place through 2023.
