It features an easy to use interface that allows for quick recording of your score after each string. Two New Books In October, two new books were released by Skyhorse Publishing for gun owners. They are: The Shooter’s Bible: 102nd Edition and Gun Trader’s Guide: 32nd Edition. Visit and search on “Guns.” American Heroes Challenge Julie Goloski-Golob to Author Book World Champion shooter and S&W Team Captain, Julie Goloski-Golob, is writing a how-to book to help shooting enthusiasts of all skill levels. Tentatively scheduled for release in October 2011 by Skyhorse Publishing, the working title is “Shoot! A Guide to Shooting and Competition.” “Becoming an author is a way to share with a wide audience some of what I’ve learned about shooting over the years,” said Golob. “I enjoy writing and telling people about the shooting sports.” SHOOTINGSPORTSUSA.COM 7 The second annual American Heroes Challenge takes place this month in Las Vegas, NV, Nov. 6-7. The event is a two-day, multi-stage firearms and tactics competition presented by veteran-owned American Shooters. Teams of military, first responder and law enforcement personnel will use innovative problem-solving methods, teamwork and individual special skills to determine the winners.
