a global supplier of Electronic Article Surveillance, RFID solutions and Alpha HighTheft Solutions is announcing a new solution to protect fine garments. NeedleLok
protects delicate-fabric clothing where a
normal hard-tag and pin would leave a
damaging hole in the merchandise after
removal. Also being introduced is Alpha
OptiLok, the next generation of specialized
tags for eyewear protection. The new hard
tag offers an improved and refined design to
enhance the ease and speed of application/
removal without any security compromises.
CompuCom (Booth 2331) is launching two new services designed to lower
IT costs while improving the customer

experience. The Self Healing Store is an
automated service that keeps store technology up and running by monitoring
device performance in real time, automatically detecting and resolving issues,
outages and failures. Device as a Service
combines hardware, managed services and
device lifecycle management into a single,
fixed-cost service to help retailers lower
total cost of ownership, increase user satisfaction and boost workplace productivity.
Displaydata (Booth 1411) is announcing the release of Dynamic Central
1.8.0, featuring new, industry-leading
electronic shelf label enhancements for
enterprise retailers. The software can now
support 200,000 ESLs per location, ideal
for supermarkets and large format stores.
The centrally managed software platform
also includes Flash and Collect and Scan
to Position features, further enhancing
operational efficiencies.
Manhattan Associates Inc. (Booth
2845) is announcing an innovative solution that gives retailers new insight into
individual shopping experiences to provide

RELEX Solutions (Booth 715) is
unveiling a new macro floor planning
solution, available on a cloud-based SaaS
model, an AutoCAD-compatible system for
the quick and efficient creation, editing and
management of store-specific floor plans.
The solution is integrated with RELEX's
planogramming software to allow planning and store teams to collaborate fully on
projects in real time, and works seamlessly
with RELEX's supply chain management
product suite.

Tyco Retail Solutions (Booth 3103)
is announcing a new program for select
retailers to incorporate shopper data into
its ShopperTrak traffic analytics platform.
This includes store visitor insights at the
audience level from Facebook and additional empirical data from other sources.
Connecting shopper preferences and
insights from third-party sources with
store-level traffic data enables retailers to
better understand key characteristics of
shopper groups.
