Briscoe Ebola Delays NSBE Ghana Event The Society's U.S.-Africa Ties Remain Strong The Accra Academy senior High school team receives prizes for winning the Brain Power Quiz, during NsBE Ghana's sixth Annual Leadership Conference. T he recent outbreak of the Ebola virus in West Africa-the largest and most complex of its kind since the virus was discovered in 1976-has many individuals and organizations rethinking overseas travel plans to the region. In Ghana, no cases of Ebola have been reported in the current epidemic. Even so, travel to the country has been adversely affected. In the face of this challenge, the members of NSBE Ghana remained diligent in their efforts to bring NSBE members from outside of Ghana to their organization's Sixth Annual Leadership Conference, at Ghana Technology (Telecom) University College in Accra. www.nsbe.org 47http://www.nsbe.org
