Husband-and-wife team Carolynne
and Paul LaRue are introducing the
battery-powered, heated Cozee blanket at the Show. The idea was born

when the couple's now 32-year-old
daughter Brianna, who has cerebral
palsy, would get chilly in her wheelchair. Regular blankets didn't keep
her warm, so the LaRues developed
their own invention. The blanket is
ultra-plush on one side and resistant
to wind, rain, and snow on the other-and it provides more than five
hours of continual heat.
