Universal Belay Certification

teach belaying one way, but then
after class they belay differently?
Where does all that variety come
from? Is it safe? The AAC's Universal
Belay Program is designed to help
climbers find a common language
and recognizable belay standard to
ensure you get a safe catch.
Wigwam's Run for Your Cause

As part of its launch of SynchroKnit

technology, Wigwam invites showgoers to run on a treadmill at the
booth for 30-minute slots, and the
brand will donate 100 pairs of socks
to the nonprofit of the runner's
choice. All runners will also receive
a pair of SynchroKnit running socks.
(A supply of running shoes will be

Textile Repurposing Station

Student designers from Utah State
University's Outdoor Product Design and Development program will
demonstrate how they transform scrap
materials into functional and beautiful
designs. Learn about the power of
upcycling and pick up a free upcycled
chalk bag. Choose one the students
have already made or pick your
own fabric from the pile of scrap
material, and they'll make you a bag on
the spot.
