Your Words Dear Spirit, My heart warmed when I read "Home for the Holidays" [Community Outreach] in the December issue. As an independent educational consultant who specializes in college placement, I appreciate Southwest offering free flights to students in need. Personally, Southwest has become my go-to airline thanks to the "Wanna Get Away" fares, which I recommend to client families when they need to visit colleges. The affordable fares and lack of change fees make it possible for students to consider schools that are not in their immediate area but might prove to be a better fit. As the message of keeping one's word could certainly apply to the business world, I have suggested to the president of my company that we start a "Because I Said I Would" campaign for 2014.
