At WTS, a byproduct management services firm, he researches innovative solutions and teaches clients how to put industrial byproducts to better use-as raw materials or as sources of energy-in order to divert waste from landfills and to preserve natural resources. Although he's based in Houston, David's passion for the environment takes him across the country. Much like Southwest Airlines, WTS credits its success to the teamwork of its employees and to an emphasis on giving back to the communities where they live and work. David was initially drawn to Southwest because the carrier was the lowest-cost travel option. Over the years, his reasons for choosing the LUV airline have expanded-as has his business. David's positive experience with Southwest's ontime performance has been crucial in maintaining his business relationships. And he is at ease knowing that when his business plans change at the last minute, he can choose from Southwest's extensive flight options without worrying about change fees. David also benefits from being an A-List Preferred Member in Southwest's Rapid Rewards Frequent Flyer program. "It makes traveling a breeze," he says. As an A-Lister, David enjoys access to Fly-By priority checkin and security lanes, priority boarding pass assignments, and free WiFi-which he can use to connect with clients or to watch complimentary DISH TV. He has also earned a Companion Pass, allowing him and his wife to take mini-honeymoons in the summer. David cherishes the memories he's made flying Southwest, particularly those involving Employees and other Customers.
