BUILDING THE BRAND
The 2016/2017 winter marketing campaign continued the
momentum of the "YES. ALL THAT." silhouette campaign
for a second season and featured updated television, digital
and print creative. We shifted our media mix to include
more digital tactics and expanded our efforts to produce
compelling content designed to increase consideration of
the brand. We also adjusted our messaging and deployed
a targeted campaign to drive business during the key need
period of March and April.
WINTER/SPRING TELEVISION
Last year's campaign was in collaboration with NBC's New
York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco DMAs. The
campaign kicked-off in early November right after the
Presidential Election and consisted of three waves that
ran through mid-March. The final wave featured dedicated
"Spring It On" creative that was designed to increase
spring ski vacation bookings. Based on our research,
approximately 30% of our target audience in the four key
markets indicated that they had seen our ads and exposure
to that spot increased "first-time" visitation to Park City.
