Dean Karen Dielmann
Retires
Dr. Karen McMillen Dielmann retired as Dean of
Health Sciences, Sciences and Humanities in
August, having served in a variety of roles at PA
College since 2009. After working for about 25 years
in health care administration, focusing on human
resources and staff education at Cornwall Manor,
Pinnacle Health and Wellspan Good Samaritan, Dr.
Dielmann came to PA College as program director
of the Bachelor of Health Care Administration
program. She served in several administrative
leadership roles in health sciences and health care
administration before being named Dean in 2018.
She earned her doctorate in adult education from
Penn State University, an MA in labor relations from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a BS in
Individual and Family Studies from Penn State.
Committed to teaching, Dr. Dielmann will continue
as a part-time faculty member, teaching PA College
health care administration courses online. " I love
to teach, " says Dr. Dielmann. " I love it when a
student has an a-ha moment, and I would miss that
tremendously if I stopped teaching. "
Dr. Dielmann and her husband will be " snowbirds, "
spending summers in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and
winters in Arizona, where they can golf in January
and avoid the snow.

Veronica Eubanks, BSBA, RDCS
Cardiac Sonography Clinical Coordinator
Ms. Eubanks received an Associate in Science
degree from Harrisburg Area Community
College and a BS in Business Administration
from Liberty University. Before joining the
PA College faculty in April 2022, she worked
as Manager of Echocardiography at UPMC
Central Pennsylvania for several years.
Ms. Greth earned her BS in Biology at
Millersville University before completing her
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate
at PA College. She is currently enrolled at
Grand Canyon University in the MS in Biology
program, with a concentration in education.
She worked as a technologist at Lehigh Valley
Hospital Cedar Crest, Hospital of the University
of Pennsylvania, Chester County Hospital and
West Chester Cardiology before joining the PA
College faculty in April 2022.
